WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed during "Pre-Launch" are printed and shipped on the date provided on that specific products page. Typical "Pre-Launch" times last 3-5 days or until the limited quantity is reached (usually 144 peices). 

For all orders not placed during "Pre-Launch": after an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our printing department where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

When your order ships we will send you the tracking information to the email you provided at check out. You can request your tracking number via our support desk if you can't find that email. Please check your "junk mail" as sometimes your email provider may place it there.

US Shipping Time Estimates

Apparel: 3-7 Business Days
Shoes: 2-3 Weeks
Other Products: 2-3 Weeks

International Shipping Time Estimates (Not available at this time)

Apparel: 2-4 Weeks

If your items have not arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed shoes. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed in the same style shoe.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS/USPS.

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?

No there are no additional duties.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars.
